1. Scouting for Store Site. Unless you already have a site in mind for your store, you will have to scout for a suitable location. Before reaching your decision, speak to other vendors to find out how they’re doing. When you think you’ve found your spot, spend some time visiting the area. Go at various times and on different days of the week. Take note of the percentage of people carrying packages. The time spent scouting will be a worthwhile investment.
