Franchisees will receive training on the operational procedures and requirements of Street Corner as described and detailed in the Franchise Agreement. McColla Enterprises, Ltd., will provide this comprehensive training as part of the overall franchise package.  

1. General Training of Employees. All management personnel and employees must be trained in the proper opening, on-going daily activities, closing, customer service, safety, and security of each store.  

2. Management Training. Management personnel must also be trained on completing mandatory corporate forms and paperwork required of all stores.  

3. Food Service Training. We should state that all food handlers will be trained in accordance with the local health department standards and acquire any licensing or certification needed. Franchisees should be well versed in local regulations.
