Beachgoers and neighborhood residents in sunny Oceanside, Calif., will soon be able to step inside a new, world-class Street Corner Urban Market to find grab-and-go essentials for a day at the surf. Construction of the new store, located at 255 Mission Ave. on the first floor of the Pierside South Apartments, is underway and the store is expected to open by the end of 2021.
Street Corner’s upscale design will complement the other retail outlets in the immediate community. Located just steps from the Pacific, the walkable neighborhood is full of trendy cafes, restaurants, hotels and boutique shops. According to owner Yaron Barami, the store will carry items appropriate for the beachside setting such as towels and sunscreen, as well as high-quality grab-and-go foods like sandwiches and salads. A refrigerated walk-in beer cave will also be on premise.
