Adrian Aybar Joins Street Corner Ownership Group; Vincent DeBiase Retires

(The following is a letter from Street Corner president and chairman of the board Peter La Colla.)

As you all know, 2021 has been a year of many changes for Street Corner as we emerge from a tumultuous period brought on by COVID. Members of our new ownership group are settling in and working hard on many encouraging developments. I’m pleased to announce that we have an additional stockholder now in the fold.

Adrian Aybar joined the Street Corner family in 2014 as a franchise owner. He owned his store from 2014 through 2019, when he then transitioned the location to a new franchisee. Since then, Adrian has been a valuable asset to the company, lending his experience and expertise by assisting new franchisees through the onboarding process.

Please join me as I welcome Adrian as our newest member of ownership. Beginning next week, he will begin his responsibilities as Vice President of Operations.

Adrian acquired his shares from longtime stockholder and legal adviser Vincent DeBiase. It’s with mixed emotions that I bid him a fond farewell.

Vincent has been the third largest stockholder at Street Corner since 1994. He was responsible for setting up the legal work necessary for us to become a franchisor, and he was our franchise lawyer from 1994 through 2019. Vincent, I sincerely appreciate all that you have contributed to our company over the years, and I wish you the very best as you enjoy your much deserved retirement in Charlotte, North Carolina. You will be missed!

Sincerely

Peter La Colla
President
Chairman of the Board
