Meet Mr. Right
Vipin Patel does what’s right. Case in point, he found a wallet in his store and returned it to its owner. Six months later, Patel is still being rewarded for his act of kindess.
Patel was closing up on December 28 when he found the wallet abandoned near the store’s coffee machines. Patel recognized the teen’s photo from his school ID. With schools closed for the holidays, Patel had no way to reach him, so he held onto the wallet hoping the young man would stop back in. New Year’s Day the Greenville teen returned and was reunited with his wallet. Inside was $500 in Christmas money the teen’s mom had given him.
