Street Corner offers four store formats to best suit your investment needs: Our franchise fee is a one-time charge of $30,000 and ongoing royalties are 5% of sales.
In addition to the fees described above you are responsible for the build out costs, inventory, and all other set-up costs. Roughly, you should budget the following depending on store type:
- Express store: $100,000 plus $5,000 design fee
- Urban Market: $350,000 plus $10,000 design fee
- Urban Market with fuel station: $450,000 (interior costs only) plus $10,000 design fee
