The royalty fee for continuing services is payable weekly to the Street Corner franchisor, and is equal to 5% of the gross revenue (minus sales tax) derived from the operation of the franchise location. It entitles you to continued use of the Street Corner trademarks and access to our proprietary purchasing and operational programs, as well as the continuing operational and marketing assistance we provide to all franchisees. Urban Markets, including those with fuel, also have a 1% prepaid advertising savings account.
