New menu items coming soon to Street Corner’s fresh food service include a Philly cheesesteak pizza with caramelized onions, mushrooms, and creamy alfredo sauce; a breakfast pizza with scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, and cheddar cheese sauce; and, for the sweet tooth, desert pizzas such as peanut butter with honey and bananas or raspberries with Nutella.
New store concepts have been a keystone for Street Corner’s growth strategy, expanding beyond campus and mall outposts (Street Corner Express) with larger Urban Markets, Fuel Stations, and soon, Truck Stops. The new stores feature first-class design, innovative technology, larger footprints, and grocery offerings. To coincide with the expansion, the company rolled out a new fresh food program in 2021 for select stores.
Menu items, which are prepared from scratch, include salads, pizzas, and sandwiches for lunch or dinner along with breakfast sandwiches for morning customers. To set themselves apart from the industry’s “standard fare,” all signature pizzas and sandwiches are served on warm, fluffy naan – a traditional Indian flatbread.
